As of that date, the paternity supplement was replaced by the \u201cgender gap supplement.\u201d Recently, both the Court of Justice of the EU and the Spanish Supreme Court have declared that this supplement is also discriminatory, so men are entitled to it under the same conditions as women.<\/span><\/p>\n
